Universal Shredders: MICROMAT and VEGA


The MICROMAT is a slow-running single-shaft shredder suited in particular for the processing of plastic materials, whilst the economical universal shredder VEGA is suited for the processing of various waste materials with lower demands.

Application

MICROMAT
Granulation of mixed plastics for thermal treatment or recycling. Size reduction of paper, cardboard, files, granulation of various plastics and foam-plastics, containers, rubber, leather, textiles, floorings, cables, computer scrap, wood, etc.

VEGA
Shredding of mixed plastics for thermal treatment or recycling, paper, cardboard, files, plastics, foam plastics, packaging, rubber, leather, textiles, floorings, cables, computer scraps, wood, etc.

Throughput Capacity

MICROMAT: PE-film bales up to 2,5 tons per hour (output granulate-size 20 mm*).
VEGA: 1.5 t/h for loose foils and a screen size of 50 mm*
